The man with his arms crossed is Dess, beside him is Minnie. Seated man holding child is Dess's brother Charles aka Sully. Love the woman sitting to his right, love her hat :). The note on the back of the photo states that the woman in the back row, far left is Irma, not sure of this. I have left this picture larger than the window will accommodate in order to see the faces. Great picture. Trying to determine where it was taken.
